Processing: Your order is still being curated, packaged, and delivered to shipment facilities. B.) Delivered: Check your mailbox, all entrances, and with your neighbors. You can return you pre-order for a full refund if your order has not yet been shipped. You can receive a full refund if you choose to return an unused product. If your product is determined a lost shipment you may receive a full refund. If you receive your product damaged, you may receive a full refund.
